Dr Arthur is the James T Robertson Endowed Professor and Chair of the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center and the Semmes-Murphey Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. He received his medical degree at the University of Virginia and completed residency and an MPH at the University of Utah. He has established a busy practice in both open and endovascular neurosurgery and led several large scale multicenter clinical trials to establish new therapeutic approaches to treating aneurysms, stroke, and subdural hematoma.
