Sprague W. Hazard III MD, received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and Doctor of Medicine, residency and fellowship training in Anesthesiology and Neurointensive Care, from Penn State University. He later completed a fellowship in Critical Care from Johns Hopkins. Dr. Hazard is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with a specialty certification in Critical Care as well as Neurocritical Care by the Society of Neurological Surgeons. He is currently an Associate Professor of Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine with a joint appointment in Neurosurgery. He serves as the Division Director of Neuroanesthesia as the Associate Program Director for the Anesthesia Residency program.
